It is Crotalaria paniculata only, frequently available branched sticky herb. leaves lunar shaped, it is reported from southern states of India and some African countries.
Thank you very much sir.
The stem is indeed very sticky. Even minimal contact with the plant leaves yellow coloured sticky fluid which when it dries does not come off easily and has to be washed off.
Fruits, flowers and habit clicked today (30.11.14) at the same place.

Request identification of plant (Leguminosae) growing in the fields at Nelamangala, Bangalore.  The plant has exudates and when touched is sticky.

Identification of Crotalaria sp.
: 4 posts by 3 authors. Attachments (7)
Kindly help me to identify the attached specimens of Crotalaria sp. Recorded at Trichy, Tamilnadu.
Resembles like C. paniculata- But the plant is not viscid and flowers are not brownish.
Crotalaria species in eFloraofindia (with details/ keys from published papers/ regional floras/ FRLHT/ FOI/ Biotik/ efloras/ books etc., where ever available on net)
I think it is Crotalaria paniculata, too. To me the bracts and stipules look viscid in the pictures, but less viscid than usual. Color of the flower can vary although I haven't seen this completely yellow form.
I would also check it for Crotalaria lunulata, a closely related species, also recorded from the region.
