It is Crotalaria pallida var. obovata, to be more specific.
'Crotalaria pallida var. obovata is also an accepted name [theplantlist.org]. I will be delighted if it does turn out to be var obovata as it will add a new sub-species to Maharashtra (Flora Maharashtra - Almeida does not mention it; do not have Flora Maharashtra - BSI, can somebody please check and inform the group). ..., please let us how you id the two (pallida and pallida var obovata) and do give your reference, if available.
