Much branched herbs, up to 50 cm high; stems terete, pubescent. Leaves simple, 1.0-2.3 x 0.4-1.2 cm, oblong-obovate or obovate, cuneate at base, obtuse, rounded or retuse and slightly mucronate at apex, glabrous or glabrescent above, sericeo-pubescent beneath, margins involute, lateral nerves 3-6 pairs; subcoriaceous, up to 2.5 cm long; petioles 0.5-1.5 mm long, pubescent; stipules absent. Racemes terminal; peduncles 2-9 cm long, stout with few extra bracts. Flowers 3-7, 1.3-1.4 cm across; pedicels 2-3 mm long, pubescent, stout; bracts linear, 1.0-1.5 mm long pubescent; bracteoles 2, linear, ca 1.5 mm long, with few hairs. Calyx 5-lobed, tube ca 2 mm long, lobes 10.5-11.0 x 1-3 mm, piloso-pubescent, margins ciliate, 2-lipped, upper lip 2-lobed, lobes oblong-lanceolate, subacute at apex, divided to less than one fourth of its length, lower lip 3-lobed, lobes linear-lanceolate, acuminate at apex, divided to more than half of its length. Petals pale-yellow, equal to calyx or rarely very scarcely exserted; standard orbicular, 9-10 x 8-10 mm, retuse at apex, glabrous, claw 1.5 mm long, woolly; wing petals obovate or oblong, 8-10 x 2.5-3 mm, obtuse at apex, ridges to about half of its breadth, claw 1.0-1.5 mm long, woolly; keel petals ovate, 12.5-13.0 x ca 4.5 mm, margins ciliate, beak ca 4.5 mm long, straight, twisted. Staminal sheath 3-4 mm long; free filaments 2.5-5.0 mm long; anthers dimorphic, longer anthers linear-oblong, 2.5-3.0 mm long; shorter anthers, ovoid, 0.5-1.0 mm long. Ovary subsessile, oblong, ca 5 x 1 mm, narrowed above, glabrous; style 10-11 mm long, pilose throughout the length; stigma flat; ovules 22-44. Pods sessile, oblong, 1.3-1.5 x 0.6-0.7 cm, glabrous, brown; seeds 10-20.

Id please A crotalaria Spp.
At Sagargad, Alibag
This may be Crotalaria prostata Rottl.  
Ref: Flora of Mah., Vol II pg:42.  Leaves description match: subsessile, oblong or oblong ovate, rounded at the apex, usually oblique or cordate at base. Cannnot make out if surface has  silky yellowish or yellowish brown hair  to match the description but calyx 3-4 mm long densely hairy description matches with first two pic. Small flowers, Corolla yellow not exserted.

Pl help me in identification of the attached Crotalria sp.
Trailing on the ground. Radiating on all the sides. Leaves pubescent. 
Flowers may fully open in the after noon.
Observed in Puzhal, Chennai, Tamilnadu on 16-08-15

To me also it appears close to images at Crotalaria albida Roth and does not match with images at Crotalaria ramosissima Roxb.

It is not Crotalaria albida, but  it is Crotalaria linifolia L.f., 
It is common in Nelapattu, Sriharikota areas which are near to Chennai
Description: Diffuse herbs, branches radiating from root stock; pubescent. Leaves alternate; simple, 1.0-2.3 × 0.4-1.2 cm, oblong-obovate, obtuse, glabrescent above, sericeo-pubescent beneath; stipules absent. Flowers yellow in 7-11 flowered lax, terminal racemes. Calyx piloso-pubescent, 2-lipped, (2)+(3), upper lip much larger, purplish. Corolla yellow, papillionoid; standard orbicular, retuse at apex, glabrous; wings oblong; keel twisted. Stamens 10, monadelphous. Ovary sessile, hirsute; style geniculate, stigma minute. Pods sessile, oblong, 1.3-1.5 × 0.6-0.7 cm, glabrous; seeds 10-20.
