Yes Chamaecrista sp is a closer identity. However if there are clearer flower photos, it would be good. Chamaecrista species in eFIoraofindia (with details/ keys from published papers/ regional floras/ FRLHT/ FOI/ efloras/ books etc., where ever available) It looks like Chamaecrista pumila, if the stamens are 5, and there is a gland at the base of the rachis. It looks to me Chamaecrista mimosoides (Cassia mimosoides) Probably Chamecrista mimosoides efi pages on Chamaecrista pumila & Chamaecrista mimosoides Please check, (if you have specimen), a stalked peltate appendage on the rachis of leaf near to the lowest pair of leaflet. if it is there, then it is C. pumila. otherwise it can be C. mimosoides. For confirmation detailed study of specimen is must. otherwise very nice photos of all such parts are required.
