Perennial Leguminosae under shrub commonly covering the hills along the Leh - Keylong road (Lotus corniculatus?)

It seems to be Caragana gerardiana Benth.. Spinous undershrub, it is nature's gift, helps in controlling soil erosion and act as a food for animals. It is a drought resistant, cold (frost) resistant. covers several mountain range in the keylong - leh mountains.
