Flowers with double set of 5 petals indeed. A tree with yellow flowers seen in the Bhimtal area on a mountain slope on 23/3/13. It was not possible to go nearer to take proper close ups. It is not a tree, rather a scrambling shrub has reached over the branches of support tree. Looking from a distance it may appear as interpreted here.
