Alysicarpus hamosus ?
no it does not look like A. longifolius nor A. homasus
check for A. roxburghiana..
It looks Alysicarpus bupleurifolius (L.)DC. the leaf is variable in this species, standard yellow, fruit slightly moniliform, 2-3 jointed. (Ref.Gamble)
Further, it is not A. procumbens= A. hamosus because this specis have broader leaves and laterally compressed fruits when dried it give rough tubercled appearance.
There is one species called A. heterophyllus (Syn. A. vaginalis var. heterophyllus which has both rounded, elliptic and very long lanceolate leaves. Thus fruits and bracts are very important characters for identification.
It is Alysicarpus vaginalis (L.) DC. (Syn. Hedysarum vaginalis L. = Hedysarum cylindricum Lam. = Alysicarpus cylindricus (Lam.) Desv.)
Thank you for confirming as Alysicarpus vaginalis sir.
this belong to Alysicarpus vaginalis,

Please identify this Alysicarpus sp. : 9 posts by 5 authors. Attachments (3)
Photographed at Shahapur. Is this A.heyneanus or A.vaginalis?
for identification of Alysicarpus species following things plays a very important role
stipules
calyx length during fruiting
fruit shape (wheather monoliform or smooth)
fruit surface (rugos/ reticulate/ smooth)
it would be very difficult to guess the species without referring the above characters.
This is Alysicarpus vaginalis, but it is interesting. let me know the exact locality of this.

efi page on Alysicarpus heterophyllus
In A. longifolius inflorescence a dense spicate raceme, 15-30cm long; in images inflorescence is lax. In A. heterophyllus leaves are always uni-tri foliate as name predicts heterophyllus. Therefore, chances of A. vaginalis are high; leaves simple, elliptic lanceolate, oblong or linear oblong, cordate at base, 0.5-8.0 x 0.5-3.0cm, Raceme 5.0-8.0cm long.
The major difference in A. vaginalis and A. longifolius are pod symmetry and constrictions in between.

This is Alysicarpus vaginalis var. vaginalis.
A. longifilius has terminal racemes up 30 cm with shiny primary bracts
