River Ken, also known as Karnavati YES it looks like A rugosus. Another possibility is A.longifolius my photographs of which are available at this link Many thanks ... In general the plant resembles that of Alysicarpus longifolius. Except that the entire plant is comparatively very small in all aspects. The flower is just about 5 mm across, the leaves about 25 - 30 mm x 1.5 - 3 mm, wiry stem and branches. Not sure whether it is a kind of stunted growth due to available resources.
