Compound leaves.Leaflets subfalcate.Petiole and rachis hispidulous.
Few flowered racemes.
Petals yellow with purplish lines.

Seen growing wild near a lake on 30th Oct.
This could be the American Joint Vetch [Aeschynomene americana] - a exotic weed.

I think you posted a similar plant recently from the same location. is it same or different ?
That was a couple of years ago. Probably Aeschynomeme aspera.
This was the suggested id. Not yet validated.
