Seen during visit to Kenya in July.
Known as the Candelabra Tree
Euphorbia ingens or Euphorbia candelabrum?
This appears to be Euphorbia memoralis R.A.Dyer, a species native to Zimbabwe, which has found space in many gardens around tropical ad subtropical regions.
