Most common weed in Chennai and surroundings. Kuppe-meni in Tamil. The leaves possess wound healing property. The juice is applied on the wounds, when hurt / injuries. Didn't know about its use in CHHULI and bed sores. I remember that in the age of B/W photography HYPO was used to treat CHHULI, Some related links -

A very common weed in South India. Kuppemeni in Tamil. Has many medicinal properties, especially wound healing. It would have been better had you posted the photographs (uncropped) individually.

Wild plant seen near a water spring. Acalypla Species? Acalypha lanceolata? Yes, looks like an Acalypha species. The images of the flowers are not very clear, but from the shape of the bracts and the elongated styles, this indeed appears to be Acalypha lanceolata. However, I am not fully sure.
