Decoction used as laxative; In homoeopathy, the herb is used against severe cough associated with bleeding from the lungs. Leaf juice employed for cutaneous troubles.;
I heard it also has some medicinal use, especially for the treatment on constipation.
yes, that too. but i find the described use in chhuli and bed sores effectiveness very interesting....;  
The juice is applied on the wounds, when hurt / injuries.;

Actions/ uses: Cathartic, anthelmintic, expectorant, emetic, anodyne, hypnotic, laxative. Used in ring worms.
- Cats like to eat the roots of this plant.

Most common weed in Chennai and surroundings. Kuppe-meni in Tamil. The leaves possess wound healing property. The juice is applied on the wounds, when hurt / injuries.
Didn't know about its use in CHHULI and bed sores. I remember that in the age of B/W photography HYPO was used to treat CHHULI, Some related links -

Acalypha indica L.
A common herb or subshrub along roadsides and wastelands with rhombic-ovate to ovate-lanceolate leaves on 2-10 cm long petioles; flowers on axillary 5-10 cm long spikes with female flowers towards base and male towards top; Female flowers 1-3 per bract; male flowers 5-7 per bract; Fruits trilobate, 2 mm diam, smooth, verrucose at apex.

You are right. The second picture is wrongly added here. It is Stinging Nettle, Laportea interrupta.

Acalypha lanceolata?

Yes, looks like an Acalypha species. 
The images of the flowers are not very clear, but from the shape of the bracts and the elongated styles, this indeed appears to be Acalypha lanceolata. However, I am not fully sure.

I find these images closer to Acalypha indica L. rather than those at Acalypha lanceolata Willd.
