Can't really make out.

But a guess would be Ericaceae, with possible genera being Agapetes sp or Rhododendron sp... or a Rosaceae member...

No Agapetes and Rhododendron I guess.

Image is so poor in quality!

Than check comparative images at Ericaceae

One possibility is Vaccinium as per comparative images herein but the image is not clear to go any further.
