Elaeagnus latifolia L. ? 
Have you already ruled out E. conferta? There is a good image showing leaf veins here:
Eleagnus conferta syn. Eleagnus latifolia
Edible fruit, very sour. 
Could not find syn. Eleagnus latifolia for Eleagnus conferta.
