I already guessed and checked accordingly but could not match.
It should be easy based on leaves, if your check with balance Species in annotated checklist of Flowering plants of Nepal

I could not find a match as per comparative images at Apocynaceae
I could also not find a match as per Checklist of Nepal at Dioscorea and GBIF.
Could not find any match in Apocynaceae !
Do we have such axiliary blackish growth in any Apocynaceae?
Sorry ..., I am not observed this blackish parts in Apocynaceae,
But I am thinking as fruits it's,  That's why suggested Apocynaceae.
