Slender terete unarmed stem; 3-nerved leaf with obscure margin, cuneate or rounded or subcordate base & cuspidate or obtusely acuminate apex; broader than long subquadrate capsule suggest it can be Dioscorea spicata Roth. (vide, FBI. vi.291; 
this Dioscorea seems to be D. belophylla or D. oppositifolia !!
