This cyperus is growing on a railway-platform, as you can see in the 1st pic. The middle one (2 or 3 in a bundle) with immature spikes and the left one (2 or 3 in a bundle) with mature spikes. Each plant is with a culm of about 1.5 ft.. compressed 3 angled, about 6 mm wide. Leaves are longer that culm and involucre about same size of culm.
