Bulbostylis barbata Kunth, FBI. vi. 651. is unresolved in KEW.
(If you search synonyms of 1st above you will find both the above two are same!)
FoC supports the 2nd above, but draws FBI. vi. 651 -

I found this sedge in front of our school, on sandy patch, again around the rain-water pool.
