This was also from Shibpur Botanical Garden, photographed on 25-12-2010. I have only this single photograph.

Is it Cycus rotundifolia.

... Sir informs this appears to be Cycas pectinata Griffith.

If I can locate it again I will try to get details of this tree on my next visit to Shibpur.
