It is not ... Fruit is too small, size of a marble or so compared to T. tricuspidata.

It may be cucurbitaceae- the Makoi, as children we used to eat it 

Yes it is … Can you please suggest common name? In which language is called Makoi, Hindi?
Google says Makoi is S. nigrum.

My mother tung is Hindustani, all the children of that time used to call it Makoi.

मकोय Makoi is the popular name for Solanum nigrum in as well as Physalis in Bihar. In Bhojpuri belt, Solanum nigrum is called Bhatkoiyan भटकोइंया,  मकोय is used for Physalis
