It is Streptolirion volubile one of the unique genera of Commelinaceae, having climbing habit.
Occasionally in North Eastern States of India, especially in Arunachal Pradesh.
Thanks for the identification. I found this plant in high elevation about 2800 m in Arunachal Pradesh. It was so beautiful and unique.
