googling took a while
no such thing as HIgh WAVIES
was confused but since I dont give up easily ... found that its High WAVY...

Checked flowers of india website. Could it be Cyanotis arachnoidea.

while High Wavies flora 19092012 TBN 1b for id.JPG is more look likes Cyanotis villosa
I am sorry if I have posted two different plants in the same mail.
Is it possible that the flower parts- stamens, had got detached from the flower body, in fact some are lying loose. Please elucidate.
