Can some one please identify this plant. Does this belong to genus Stellaria by any chance.
Yes ... my belief too ... it belongs to Stellaria ... could be Stellaria media.
Have got some views at http://www.flickr.com/search/?&w=91314344@N00&m=&q=Stellaria%20media ... but the anthers in my plants are not yellow.

Stellaria for sure, but not S. media. It could be S. graminea.
After further critical study ... plant is more likely S. palustris (syn: S. glauca), because S. graminea generally has smaller petals.
