This is a Viola sps. 
Any further notes on specific level
This is not from scrophulariaceae. But a member from Viola, may be V. biflora
This looks like a species of Lobelia in the Campanulaceae.
Yes Lobelia for sure. Could it be new.
Pl. check comparative images at Lobelia
I find two possibilities: Lobelia terminalis C.B.Clarke or Lobelia alsinoides Lam.
