It may be Cynanthus microphyllus or Cynanthus integer, But habit need to be check??
Good to know that there is another species growing in the area.
Thanks ... I was not aware of this third sp (i.e Cynanthus integer).
like cyanathus interger.
Densely hairy throat indicate it as Cyananthus microphyllus. This species has variability in leaf width, more commonly leaves are narrower.

Cyananthus microphyllus Edgew. And its enemy From Uttarakhand : Attachments (4). 9 posts by 8 authors.
Cyananthus microphyllus Edgew. (Campanulaceae) is a common but beautiful alpine herb. Many times thousands of flowers can be seen on the ground surface making a floral carpet in alpine zones.
Species of this genus Cyananthus develop hirsute hairs on the outer surface of calyx which, in addition to other role (not known to me) also meant for repelling insects since developing fruits are contained in persistent calyx.
In the fourth picture a caterpillar is visible eating only soft succulent and glabrous corolla part leaving hairy calyx.
Here photographed in Nilkanth valley near Badrinath, Uttarakhand.
Very beautiful photographs of an eye catching plant with nice description.

Another very beautiful herb recorded from Valley of Flowers.. this is a delight to watch..
Cyanathus microphyllus...

Good photograph showing the characters for identification
Yes, it makes a floral carpet in alpine meadows.
