Codonopsis pilosula (Franch.) Nannf., Acta Horti Gothob. 5: 29. 1930.
syn: Campanumoea pilosula Franch.
Looking similar to Codonopsis lanceolata but with much smaller parts and lighter coloured flowers. Twining herb with ovate leaves less than 4 cm long, entire, pilose; flowers pale greenish-yellow; calyx lobes ovate, 8-12 mm long; corolla broadly campanulate, 2 cm long with pale purplish lines/spots inside, lobes deltoid with acute apex; filaments dilated at base; capsule hemispheric 1-2 cm.
