Pereskia from Hyderabad 25072013 CS5 : Attachments (2). 2 posts by 2 authors. This thorny shrub is growing near my house. I do not know whether it was planted. It is covered in flowers during may. ON browsing it seems to be Pereskia bleo or the rose cactus Yes its Pereskia bleo, the Rose Cactus.

This flower is commonly known as ROSE CACTUS. I searched Google with this name and find the equivalent is Pereskia grandis (even the fruits matched with the plant I am having.
