Very old pictures taken in Muscat. On searching, it looks like Hylocereus costaricensis. Flowers blooming in the evening. I have seen this plant in MNP, Mumbai too. Experts kindly validate. I think does not matches with images at http://cactiguide.com/cactus/?genus=hylocereus&species=costaricensis I was suggesting the id from the link Your plant looks like one of the Cereus.
