Requested to please ID this yellow Brassicaceae member seen at Mana near Badrinath, Uttarakhand in Aug 2018.
I am not sure but it could be cultivated, it was seen in the village.

one would need the leaves to be definitively diagnose the mustard variety b. rapa vs b. napus etc. did you take any pictures of the leave?

If she posts the original high resolution image, these can be deciphered. 
I have cropped the pics for lower leaves, however, I do not think they would help much. I do not have any more pics.
Prashant ji seems to have captured a similar plant at the same location, but he has much more detailed pics, which were identified as B. napus subsp. napus by ...
Next time, try to smell the leaves and you can make out many things :).
Nice to see that you went to Mana Village. Such a wonderful place to be. I happen to be there twice till the last tea stall !!
