This photo was also taken in Namdapha National Park.
I think it is Impatiens sps.
This is off course Impatiens and not an Orchid
This should be this very interesting Balsam which is supposedly native to China and parts of Thailand and Vietnam,
Impatiens mengtszeana.
However, my friends have found it growing in NE India too.

This is one more Impatiens sp. from Mizoram.
Date/Time: Nov 2008
Location: Mizoram
Looking forward for the ID....
My guess: I. mengtszeana et consortes :-) - please compare plant on Flowers of India webpage. I saw pictures with varying flower color - from yellow to orange/red.
Known from S Yunnan, found in Manipur (see FOI webpage desciption and online Flora of China description)
Thanks ... for the probable ID. Do U have any information about Impatiens monticola, because i remember one of my friend asked me to chec with I. monticola. Thanks
See illustration of both I. mengtszeana and I. monticola http://www.efloras.org/object_page.aspx?object_id=94067&flora_id=2
Both look similar, without seeing whole plant with good key impossible to be sure.
You can try online Flora of China, but key there is very complicated
If choice is between the two species, then I go with ...- I. mengtszeana (Both from eFlora of China)
99 (97)Lower sepal navicular; leaf petiole 3-4 cm, blade adaxially green; plants 30-60 cm tall.
143 I. monticola
+Lower sepal funnelform to saccate; leaf petiole 1-3 cm, blade adaxially dark green; plants 15-40 cm tall
(100)

100 (99)Leaf blade 2.5-3.5 cm wide; stem glabrous.
142 I. mengtszeana
+Leaf blade 1-2 cm wide; stem ± hairy.

Thanks ... and ... for the valuable inputs. I. mengtszeana seems to be more closer.
Be carefull, however - GRIN taxonomy webpage give distribution of this species as Vietnam, Thailand, SW Yunnan. They have no information on I. monticola.
If this is really I. mengtszeana it could also grow in parts of Myanmar and some other NE Indian states.
I still think on this identification as provisional.

Your plant looks for me most similar to I. mengtszeana - compare pictures in:
Verma D., Lavania S., Roy D.K., Sinha B.K. 2016. Lectotypification of Impatiens mengtszeana (Balsaminaceae), an Addition to Flora of India. J. Jpn. Bot. 91: 52–56.
There are at least three more rather similar species: I. monticola reported from Sichuan, I. pulchra from E Himalaya and Myanmar and I. tropaeolifolia from E Arunachal Pradesh.
