Impatiens flaccida Arn., Compan. Bot. Mag. 1:322. 1836 (syn: Impatiens latifolia Hook. (ambiguous synonym));

Annual erect herbs. Leaves alternate, usually fascicled towards the apex of stem, lanceolate or elliptic-lanceolate, acuminate, base cuneate, glabrescent above and pubescent along the veins beneath, crenate, to 7 x 3.5 cm; petioles to 4 cm long. Flowers axillary, solitary or in groups of 2 or 3; pedicels to 4 cm long. Sepals ovate-lanceolate 4 mm long. Standard petal broadly obcordate, 1.2 x 1.5 cm; wing petals obovate; spur to 3 cm long.
Flowering and fruiting: July-October
Moist deciduous forests

This Plant is Impatiens flaccida Arn. from the family Balsaminaceae a very common wild plant in Sri Lanka.

Seen this ornamental in a resort in Mahabaleshwar, MH in March 2020.
I guess this is Impatiens hawkeri based on efi pics.

Yes. May be Impatiens hawkeri 

I think white ones are I. flaccida and red ones I. hawkeri.
