This again looks lie Cremanthodium to me.
may again be the same one, C. arnicoides.
This plant is certainly different from C. arnicoides as per link:
https://groups.google.com/group/indiantreepix/browse_thread/thread/91...
This could be Dubyaea hispida
I hope you are right ... I also have similar plant from VOF..will upload soon...
Like Dubyaea hispid

Dubyaea DC. genus is represented in India by two species (D.hispida and D.oligocephala).
Dubyaea hispida (D.Don) DC. [=Hieracium hispidum D.Don; Lactuca dubyaea C.B.Clarke; Crepis bhotanica Hutch.] is a common sub alpine and alpine herb in entire Himalaya.
Here photographed in Valley of flowers.

This small herb was shot during VOF Tour last year enroute the Valley from Gobind Dham... was identitifed as Dubaeya hispida..

VOF Week: Composite for Id from Valley: Is it possible to identify the Compositae herb with these incompletely
featured pics?? Or any member can post better pics for id....this was shot from the valley.....
Looks like Doronicum but not very sure
May be Dubyaea hispida also
Perhaps ... may be right.
Some further photographs especially with fruits should help.
Dubaeya hispida as per another thread.
