I photographed this plant on my previous hike near Snowline. It was growing next to a large cluster of Rhododendron campanulatum. I might go again tomorrow to see if there is any further development. Please help identify it. Snowline, Above Triund, Dharamshala, HP 3200m approx. 28-29 July 2017 Probably any Saussurea sp. You can check comparative images at efi site.
