Seen this herb en-route Chodwar Camping Site at GHNP at an altitude of approx 3100m.

it may be Ainsliaea aptera.
Certainly not Ainsliaea aptera.

Yes ... it is Synotis alata (=Senecio alatus).
On rechecking, I think it's not matching with images at Synotis alata
