Common name: Little pickles
I had initially uploaded this plant from California in 2013 but almost forgotten about it till ... today identified for me the plant I had photographed from Delhi University Flower show in February 2015.
Slow growing clump forming evergreen plant from South Africa, often grown in pots, with succulent finger like alternate leaves, blue green in colour, up to 3 cm long, tips turning red in dry conditions. Heads yellow, radiate,  12-15 mm across on long stalks.

I tried searching based on clues from ..., but could not get anywhere.
Leaves appear like Curio radicans (L. f.) P. V. Heath, but flower structure is different.
