Sir I think its Senecio sp. but leaf structure doesn't matched with the common Senecio sp. Its leaves structure somewhat close to Senecio ovatus, but its may be a cultivated one. i don't found its distribution record in india. Another characters such as leaf shape, distribution pattern are best matched with S. ovatus. Sir i also suggest an another species name Senecio nemorensis, also check with this one. Mostly my posts are from Nepal. This is also from Nepal. By the way both] sp. you have suggested is not listed in Nepal. Yes, to me also appear close to images of Duhaldea cuspidata (Wall. ex DC.) Anderb. in your other post at SK1671 23 Dec 2018 Some confusion remains about the flowering period as there is difference of 2-3 months late than recorded.
