Can you please identify this plant???

Can you give more details of the plant along with sending smaller size pictures as per Posting Guidelines

I got this picture from a friend of mine. She collected this plant from Munnar, Kerala. An Asteraceae herb. According to her, the plant is used in the treatment of migraine. The plant was erect in nature.

Tithonia rotundifolia ?

Appears to be from Heliantheae with genus like Helianthus

Looks different to me.
