It is a garden ornamental as such won't be generally recorded in Floras or other publications in India. It was inside the green house, but I could not locate the label. The Botanical Garden came into existence in the beginning of 19th century and after facing disasters and coming out from the clutches of USSR they are paying attention to the neglect.
