I have updated efi page on Conyza.
Attempts have been made to incorporate most of the species available in India & nearby areas with details & keys directly or through links.
Any comments are welcome.
If we are merging Conyza with Erigeron, there should be no Conyza page.
GRIN and Flora of China merge Conyza in Erigeron
The Plant List, Tropicos and Global Compositae List Treat them distinct and I would prefer following them
Thanks, ...,
What is the latest nomenclature ?
Is it as being followed by The Plant List or as being followed by GRIN ?
I would prefer keeping two separate.
Thanks, ..., I have reverted back to Conyza sumatrensis
Funk, V. A. et al., eds. 2009. Systematics, evolution, and biogeography of Compositae. (Syst Evol Biog Comp) 611–612. ): recommend to treat Coynza as a synonym of Erigeron. This is likely to be followed.
As of now, GRIN restricts Conyza to a few African species (e.g., Madagascar species: Conyza ageratoides DC.).
As you know, GRIN and PLANTS List are taxonomic databases and rely upon recent molecular works.

Pl. go through Conyza page (Asteraceae (Compositae)) with images of species in efloraofindia (done by Bhagyashri ji).

If you find any mis-identification, pl. let us know.

If anybody can send images of other species of this genera (for incorporation in the website), it will be really nice. Also, if anybody is interested to take up the activity of inserting images on efloraofindia pages from efloraofindia posts, pl. let us know.
