Small, wild plant with tiny yellow flowers seen in Fremont on 28th Sept,14.

thistle is my first choice yellow flowered sow thistle that dont have thorns and have very narrow leaves
second choice a russian variant of the famous tumble weed
wish picture were clearer and in focus so I could enlarge them to get get details as such could not get much
I am not sure, but can be narrowed down to Conyza/ Erigeron...
could very be a fleabane but prostrate habit is ???

could very well be a fleabane/ horseweed
considered anoxious weed in mant a states in usa and some countries.
