A cultivar of Ledebouria socialis (Baker) Jessop [Asparagaceae].

leopard lily

ledebouria socialis
I am a bit confused to decide.
I think images at FOI are correct.
Pl. check colour of the stamen and shape, orientation etc. of the petals.
Leaf markings are quite variable as can be seen at
https://www.pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/Ledebouria_socialis
Confused. Different views.
I believe it must be Ledebouria socialis as ... suggested.
... has said that the plant is cultivated.

I am sure of my suggested id. This was given after following posts in efi site and at the reliable site links I have given.
OK, thanks ...

Ledebouria revoluta (L.f.) Jessop ... synonyms: Barnardia indica Wight • Drimia revoluta (L.f.) Sweet • Hyacinthus revolutus L.f. (basionym) • Ledebouria hyacinthina Roth [Illegitimate] • Scilla hyacinthina (Roth) J.F.Macbr. • Scilla indica(Wight) Baker [Illegitimate] • Scilla revoluta (L.f.) Baker ... and more at The Plants List

Correct name is Ledebouria hyacinthina Roth
Surprised to see L. hyacinthina Roth [Illegitimate name], how it can be Illegitimate name???
L. revoluta is heterotypic synonym
This is one more example of blunders done by The plant list,,, Ledebouria revoluta is altogether distinct plant than Ledebouria hyacinthina..
Names update:
031111PD01 Scilla hyacinthine Flora of Orissa: sharing the images of Scilla hyacinthine.
Name of the species: Scilla hyacinthina
Family: Liliaceae
Place of collection: Ranpur, Nayagarh, Orissa
Altitude: 600 m above msl
Habit: Herb
Habitat: Grasslands and on rockey plateau
Amazing close up of the individual flower. Nice variegated leaves.
We have this species observed in Western ghats too. Sometimes the spots on the leaves are very small and less in number. The plants emerge with first monsoon showers or so.....
