Palm Tree for ID : 080611 : AK-3: Taken at Muscat, Oman on the 3rd of June, 2011.
Presently flowering.
This is Pritchardia sp, may be P. pacifica.
It looks like some Sabal species to me...
anyhow it is not Pritchardia pacifica as P. pacifica's leaf petiole is white in colour.

Using the KEY at http://idtools.org/id/palms/palmid/key.php, (i) costapalmate leaf with split tips (ii) arrow shaped hastula, I arrive at probability of two Genus - Pritchardia and Sabal
