Probably Licuala peltata

Images are taken from different plants. First image appearing L. peltata but second one possibly spinosa.

Dr. Sanjay Mishra of BSI confirmed that both these images are of Licuala peltata which always grows singly. Licuala spinosa grows in clumps.
