Caryota mitis: Another very interesting palm, planted in Rani Bagh, Mumbai.... Caryota mitis from Arecaceae family...fruiting......there is only one tree of this palm found in Rani Bagh. 
-  Fish tail palm. (C.mitis syn. C.urens ?). Very common palm in South India.
 - Leaves double pinnate
            Stem single....          Caryota urens
            Stem clustered....     Caryota mitis
