I think this is endemic to NE India
Reported from Bangladesh and Java too.

Can someone help with this flower ID? Creeper with small yellow flowers.

Apocyanaceae member.
Check for Tylophora species though doubtful.
Pergularia exilis (Colebr.) Spreng. !
Kanjilal lists this from Mothronwala, which is in the Doon Valley. I found this higher up at 1500 m near Devalsari.
