Kindly identify the plant.

Location: Paddar valley district Kishtwar J&K.

Altitude: 2300 meters asl.

Plant height: 30-50 cms

Plant habit/habitat: Wild herb

Does not seem to match with either Heracleum canescens Lindl. or any other species of ‎Heracleum available in efi so far.

May be some other genus.
