This seems to be Megaskepasma erythrochlamys, common name Red Justicia, Brazilian Red Cloak.

Is it Justicea carnea.

It would had been better if close-up of white flowers, pink bracts and leaves were uploaded as a set of pictures instead of one big plate.

..., later i found out that both eFI (perhaps the same plant) and FoI feature this species.
