Showy red flowers of this shrub probably relates to the snake jasmine.

I hope this is a garden plant.
I think it would be Justicia candicans (Nees) L.D.Benson of Acanthaceae family commonly called as Pink Justicia. This is originally from Central and North America.

Please identify this ornamental plant with pink flowers. It is a small woody shrub with narrowly elliptical opposite leaves. Photo was taken in Sri Lanka in March 2013.
Is it a Jacobina?
