It is like pin head. Very tiny !

Some Lichen ?

I am sure these are fungi !

How ?

These growth dried in a couple of days showing nature of Mushroom, lichens would not show such characteristics. Image also indicated towards this as I assume.
May be ... could throw some lights on thus matter.
