Perhaps it is Cyathea contaminans
Oh, OK, yes, I see the tree-fern now!  But all tree ferns can only be identified by studying the details of the hairs and scales underneath the pinnules - plus the scales and armature of the stipe-base, not from long-distance photos of the whole plant.  So another unuseable photo I'm afraid.
I seriously recommend that person to look in the standard literature (Holttum and Piggott).
The tree fern growing in Malaysia is Cyathea gigantean
