Dr. Nethi
I've had some setbacks: my contract was not renewed and I'm looking for work.
I have been doing some reading (collecting the articles from AECT proceedings), but not nearly enough to get up to speed. I have estimated the need to read at least 10 articles per week and I did only one per week during the month of August.
A particularly interesting article is attached.
International Review of Research in Open and Distance Learning Volume10,Number 3.

I have set aside time each week to continue the reading that I should have been doing in August. I will keep you posted by writing to you again in two weeks.
My focus is on history of distance education at Nova, and I've had some setbacks trying to meet with people. The archives are closed. So I need to reach people at the present.
I have two contacts that Dr. Fischler gave me. My plan is to follow up with them in September.
I also need to transcribe some of Dr. Fischler's interviews.
I've had two interviews since Orlando (July 29 and August 3)
